The Braden River High School Athletic Program respectfully requests that you take a few moments to read about our upcoming event and consider donating to our silent auction.
On February, 2020 we will host our seventh annual For the Love of the Game Dinner and Silent Auction. We anticipate 300 guests at this function. The funds raised will go towards all of the athletic programs at Braden River High School. Ongoing budget cuts have impacted our athletic programs in a negative way and athletics are now required to fund raise money for their teams’ needs. The teams here at BRHS have conducted many fundraisers independently, but we created For the Love of the Game Dinner and Silent Auction as a means to combine resources to fund our athletic programs through this one special event.
In the past six years we’ve raised over $200.000 which helped pay off outstanding bills and coverall transportation costs, officials, equipment, uniforms and more! To make this event successful once again, we will need your help! Please consider making a donation by taking part in underwriting opportunities or providing gift certificates, merchandise or services. In exchange, you will receive excellent community exposure and advertising. Your company name, address, phone number and donation will be listed in the auction brochure and signage at the venue on the night of the event. You donation is tax deductible, and the form can be found on our Auction Contribution Agreement.
